Scarp Ridge Lodge Personal Chef, Ashley Odom, knows food. Her talent and attention to detail come through in amazing creations such as Mojo Pulled Pork Empanadas with pomegranate guacamole, and homemade Palisades Peach and Cardamom Ice Cream. Her menu changes daily based on the requests, tastes, and dietary requirements of our guests. Ashley uses seasonal and local produce from our area, as well as incorporating wild Colorado game such as elk and lamb, trout and salmon caught in our rivers – sometimes by our own guests. Meanwhile, our celebrated wine cellar has vintages from all over the world, and our self-service bar holds the finest malts, bourbons and cognacs available.
